The Bien Etre à la Maison association wants to promote the maintenance of dependent people at home. In order to encourage its growth and to offer an optimum service to its beneficiaries, the association wishes to acquire tools which allow an easy and quick view of the information on the caregivers’ activity and to share it between all medical and social stakeholders, as well as the family. Caregivers are equipped today with a Bluetooth kit (digital pen and cellular phone), allowing them to simply and quickly fill the patterned notebook at the beneficiary home, and then to transfer data in real-time via the phone.

Caregivers adopted Kayentis solution immediately, thanks to its simplicity and minimal new technology training. This solution allows an optimized medical and social follow-up: information is immediately available for visualization and can be shared between the association and all authorized medical and social users (medical practitioners, nurses, caregiver, social worker…) as well as their family, which allows an optimum follow-up of the beneficiary, as well as the optimization of his quality of life. Administrative and costs management are reduced by 30%.
