Printing a key factor in the Kayentis offer

Full control over the global printing process is a key factor and clear competitive advantage for Kayentis.
The know-how inherited from HP allowed the implementation of printing solutions that make it very simple to manage:

• Perfect allocation of unique patterns
• Printing with data imported directly from customer databases
• Several levels of finish according to customer requirements
• Exhaustive quality control at end of production

Print, from personal printers to digital presses

During printing, a pattern that is invisible to the naked eye is applied to the ordinary paper. This pattern “stamps” each sheet in a unique way so that it can be “read” by the pen.

To adapt to the operational requirements of our customers, two print modes have been developed and co-exist:

• Printing on demand on a standard laser printer to satisfy individual needs in small quantities
• Centralized printing for bulk requirements (a unique and exclusive solution was developed with three companies in France and one in the United States).

Production is performed in secure rooms. The production processes are documented, checked by Kayentis and auditable by our customers.
