Kayentis, #1 editor and operator of professional paper-free handwriting solutions for sectors with strict sharing and security requirements, rolls out its FORMS solution for the Socialist Party Primary Elections. 

Kayentis was selected by the Socialist Party to roll out its FORMS solution for the Primary Elections which took place last October. Each voting office was fitted with a digital pen, used to complete the forms as well as collect the data of supporters wishing to stay in touch with the Socialist Party during the pre-election period.

For the purpose of this large-scale project, 10.000 digital pens were prepared, deployed and 80.000 forms prepared, completed, signed, communicated, indexed and automatically processed. The solidity of the FORMS platform enabled the secure of communication and processing of hundreds of thousands of forms in just a few hours!

From a regulatory point of view, it was additionally a great success! The CNIL (French Data Protection and Freedom of Information Watchdog) inspected and validated the level of security of the information recorded in pens and their conditions of transfer to the databases of the Socialist Party through our SaaS infrastructure.
